Factory acceptance testing for Raseiniai BESS in Valencia
Factory acceptance tests in Valencia marked an important step in preparing the Raseiniai BESS power conversion system for installation.
The project team visited Valencia, Spain, for factory acceptance testing (FAT) of the power conversion system (PCS). These tests check equipment against technical requirements before delivery to the construction site.
The PCS manages the exchange of energy between the batteries and the grid. Its verification is therefore an important part of preparing the 56 MW / 168 MWh Raseiniai storage system for installation and integration.
